Let's say one of my kid's friends released a snake in the backseat of my car by accident yesterday and it crawled somewhere under the seat and is now cleverly hidden. WHAT DO I DO?!!!!!!!

One person suggested that I use sticky rat traps all the way across underneath the seat and my son thinks we should put a rat in the car to find the snake, but then that reminds me of the old woman who swallowed a fly story. Next I'd need a cat to catch the rat and a dog to catch the cat and a.....

Tangential thought: Set the car on fire ---> hmmm. Hot, heat... Hey! what if the stupid snake crawled up in the heat vents under my seat? ---> It has been cold; what if it died up in there?! ---> it's going to be cold and I'll need to use my heat and the dead snake air will blow in my face!!! ---> ewww. maybe I should set my car on fire (circumstantial thought. heh)

Follow your nose

Unfortunately, it probably froze during the cold weather we recently experienced. You may be able to locate it by smell as it decomposes. Hopefully, it won't be in some inaccessible spot.
